Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Chicken Eggs 7 pieces
- Water 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chives 5 oz
- Parsley Stems 5 oz
- Cilantro 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead a stiff dough, beat 2 eggs with water and salt, gradually adding flour.
Step 2
Let the well-kneaded dough rest for 1 hour, then divide it into pieces, roll them out to form thin round flatbreads with a diameter of 10-15 cm.
Step 3
Place the filling on the flatbread, adding 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil or a piece of butter the size of a hazelnut.
Step 4
Fold the flatbread in half and shape it, sealing the edges well to prevent the juice from leaking out.
Step 5
For the filling: rinse the greens of carrots, coriander, and chives in cold water, dry with a towel, finely chop, and mix with finely chopped hard-boiled eggs, adding salt to taste.
