Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Salt to taste
- Semolina 0 oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Corn Flour for Polenta 1 tablespoon
- Dry yeast 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with semolina, rub the yeast until it forms fine crumbs. Add salt, olive oil, and water. Place the dough on a surface and knead. Form into a ball and let the dough rest for 1 hour.
Step 2
Lightly grease 4 baking sheets measuring 20 by 30 cm.
Step 3
Place the dough on a work surface and divide it into 4 parts. Use your hands to spread the dough on the baking sheets. Cover with a towel and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 480°F.
Step 5
Gently knead the dough again and let it rest for another 10 minutes.
Step 6
Reduce the oven temperature to 430°F, place the baking sheets in the oven, and bake for about 15 minutes.
