Description
You can sprinkle the tortillas with spices or add salt to taste. I sprinkled some chili flakes on them.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Water 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients and knead a pliable dough (you may need less or more water depending on the cooking conditions).
Step 2
Heat a heavy-bottomed non-stick skillet. Pinch off small pieces of dough, form a ball, and roll out the tortilla to a thickness of no more than 3–4 mm. Reduce the heat on the stove and fry the tortillas on both sides until brown spots appear.
