Ingredients
- Pears 2 pieces
- Oranges 1 piece
- Ground Cinnamon a pinch
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Butter 0 oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream 6 tablespoons
- Liqueur 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the pears and remove the cores, then slice them thinly. Cut the orange in half.
Step 2
Place a skillet over medium heat, sprinkle the surface with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon, and add the butter. After 30 seconds, squeeze the juice from the orange halves. Do not stir.
Step 3
Once the mixture begins to boil, add the pears to the skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, for 20–30 seconds, drizzle with liqueur, let it warm up, and ignite.
Step 4
When the flame goes out, arrange the pears in cups and top with ice cream. Garnish the dessert with lemon zest, and you can add nuts.
