Flambéed Fruits with Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Vanilla Ice Cream 5 oz
  • Fresh Mint 1 bunch
  • Chocolate Sauce 0 oz
  • Rum 5 fl oz
  • Bananas 2 pieces
  • Pear 1 piece
  • Donut Peaches 1 piece
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Brown Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the pear, cut it in half, remove the core, and also slice the peach. Peel the bananas and cut them lengthwise.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a pan, add the sugar, wait for it to slightly melt, and sauté the fruits for 3-5 minutes on each side.

Step 3

The most enjoyable and beautiful sight is to pour in the alcohol (rum, brandy, cognac, or whiskey) and ignite it. You can perform this show in front of guests. Swirl the pan in the air until all the alcohol evaporates. Our dish is ready.

Step 4

Arrange the fruits on plates, top with ice cream. Be sure to drizzle with the sauce that should have formed after our alcohol trick. Pour a small amount of chocolate sauce on the plate and with a tablespoon, gently draw from the center of the sauce to the side. A beautiful drop should form. Grate chocolate on a fine grater and decorate our masterpiece with a sprig of mint.
