Description

The most important thing is to soak the layers well so that the cake doesn't turn out dry. It's best to soak the layers while they are hot. You can use drinking yogurt of any flavor, sweet coffee, or tea with any jam for soaking.

Ingredients

  • Large eggs 3 pieces
  • Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Hazelnut 5 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Condensed Milk 1 can
  • Sour Cream 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Grind the hazelnuts in a blender. Mix the ground hazelnuts, eggs, baking powder, and sugar. Stir well until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Step 2

Grease a glass microwave-safe dish (1 liter) with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour. Pour the batter into the dish and bake in the microwave at maximum power for exactly 5 minutes. Carefully remove the cooled layer from the dish and cut it into three layers.

Step 3

Prepare the cream: whip the sour cream (preferably at least 20% fat), mix it with the cooked condensed milk until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.

Step 4

Soak each layer well and spread the cream on them. Assemble all the layers. Generously cover the top of the cake with cream and sprinkle with crushed nuts.
