Ingredients

  • Broccoli 5 oz
  • Carrot 0 oz
  • Cauliflower 5 oz
  • Onion 0 oz
  • Canned Corn 0 oz
  • Scallions 0 oz
  • Water 20 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Drain the liquid from the corn, dice the carrot into 0.5 cm cubes, chop the onion and green onion, and separate the cauliflower and broccoli into florets.

Step 2

Place all ingredients (except for the green onion) into the multicooker bowl, pour in the water, add salt, spices, and mix.

Step 3

Close the lid. Press the 'Menu' button to select the 'SOUP - STEWING' program, then press the 'Cooking Time' button to set the time for 40 minutes.

Step 4

Press the 'Start' button and cook until the program ends.

Step 5

Sprinkle the finished soup with green onion.
