  • Dried Apricots 5 oz
  • Dates 5 oz
  • Almonds 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the almonds in a food processor and grind them. Add the dates and dried apricots (if the apricots are too tough, soak them in warm water for 20-30 minutes and then dry them well).

Step 2

Mix for 1 minute until all ingredients start to stick together into a ball.

Step 3

Line a square dish with plastic wrap, place the mixture in it, and put it in the freezer for a few hours or overnight. Once chilled, transfer the mixture to a cutting board and cut into squares.

Step 4

Wrap in plastic wrap or parchment paper and store in the refrigerator.
