Ingredients
- Courgette 1 piece
- Radish 1 piece
- Navy Pollock 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Leek 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ginger 2 teaspoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the pollock and cut it into pieces. Pour cold water over the fish and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the radish, bell pepper, and zucchini, and slice them. Add to the broth.
Step 3
Slice the leek into thin rings. Add to the soup.
Step 4
Chop the ginger and garlic and add to the soup. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
