
Fish Soup with Pumpkin

The soup is delicious and pleasing to the eye: orange pumpkin, red tomato, green herbs!
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- White fish 20 oz
- Pumpkin 10 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Green peppercorns 7 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Chopped Green Onions 2 tablespoons
- Grated Ginger Root ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the fish, cut it into portion-sized pieces, place it in a pot with the onion, and add 1.5 liters of water. When the water boils, add salt and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the cooked fish. In the boiling broth, add the chopped potatoes. After 5 minutes, add the julienned pumpkin and chopped tomatoes.
Step 3
After another 5 minutes, add the ginger, bay leaf, and black peppercorns.
Step 4
After three minutes, the soup is ready! Place the pieces of fish in bowls, pour the soup over them, and sprinkle with ground pepper and herbs.
