Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Sliced Processed Cheese 2 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Dill to taste
- Blue Ling Fillet 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the fish and potatoes into medium cubes.
Step 2
Add a little salt, pepper, chopped onion, and fish to boiling water.
Step 3
After five minutes, add the bay leaf and potatoes.
Step 4
A few minutes before the potatoes are ready, add the cheese and stir until completely dissolved. Add salt if necessary.
Step 5
Add dill and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cover with a towel to let it steep and allow all ingredients to blend.
