Fish Soup with Leeks
Ingredients
- Fish 0 lbs
- Water 0 qt
- Onion 1 head
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Leek ½ piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean and fillet the fish. Boil the bones with roughly chopped onion for 20 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and add spices to taste.
Step 2
Pour the broth into another pot and bring to a boil. Chop the leek and potatoes, add them to the broth, and cook for 15 minutes. Cut the fish fillet into pieces and add to the soup. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Mix the flour with the milk and add to the soup. Cook for a little longer.
