  • Red drum fish 15 oz
  • Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Bay leaf 2 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Pickled Cauliflower 5 oz
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Yellow Beets 1 piece
  • Potato 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, let's prepare the vegetables. Boil the unpeeled beet for about 45 minutes. Rinse the beet with cold water, peel, and chop.

Step 2

Cut the potatoes into cubes.

Step 3

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Chop the garlic, onion, pepper, and tomato, and sauté in oil.

Step 4

Cut the fish into steaks and boil in salted water for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Remove the fish from the broth.

Step 6

Add the potatoes and cauliflower to the broth. After boiling, cook for 5-7 minutes.

Step 7

While the potatoes and cauliflower are cooking, separate the skin and bones from the fish.

Step 8

Add the sautéed vegetables, beet, fish, bay leaf, and fish spices (if desired) to the soup. After boiling, cook for 5 minutes.

Step 9

Before serving, sprinkle the soup with dill and parsley.
