Ingredients
- Bream 15 oz
- Courgette 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the fish for the soup and strain it through a sieve.
Step 2
Sauté the finely chopped onion. Peel the zucchini, chop it, and sauté it with the onions and a small amount of fish broth. When the zucchini becomes soft, strain the vegetables through a sieve.
Step 3
Combine the strained fish and vegetables, mix well, add the white sauce, season with salt, and bring to a boil. Enrich the soup with the egg-milk mixture and butter.
