Ingredients

- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Egg white 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the almonds. Mix 12 g of almonds with sugar and room temperature butter, then gradually add flour to knead the dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about one finger, then cut it into small rectangles.
Step 3
Brush the cookies with a thin layer of lightly beaten egg white and dip them in a mixture of crushed almonds and sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 345°F for 10-12 minutes. Then let them cool on a wire rack.
