Description

For color, you can add a little dried paprika. It will give a pleasant aroma and a wonderful hue. And, of course, no fish soup can exist without dill. So it is highly welcomed.

Ingredients

  • Red drum fish 15 oz
  • Potato 2 pieces
  • Sweet Red Onion 1 piece
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Cream 1 glass
  • Bay leaf to taste
  • Green peppercorns to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Make a broth from the fish with bay leaves and pepper.

Step 2

Remove the cooked fish and set it aside.

Step 3

Dice the potatoes into small cubes, add them to the broth, and cook until tender.

Step 4

Chop the onion into small cubes and sauté it in butter.

Step 5

Remove the skin and bones from the cooled fish, then slice it.

Step 6

Pour the cream into the soup, add the sautéed onions, herbs, and pieces of fish. Bring the soup almost to a boil, then immediately remove it from the heat.
