Description
I think it would be appropriate to replace the milk with low-fat cream, although I've never tried it myself. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- White Cabbage 5 oz
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Milk 0 qt
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Shred the cabbage and place it to cook in a minimal amount of water.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes and carrots into strips and add them to the cabbage. Cook until almost done.
Step 3
Pour the nearly finished soup with milk, add salt. Important: when the milk is heated but has not yet formed foam, add the butter!
