
Fingers with Jam

Ingredients
- Dry yeast 0 lbs
- Jam 20 oz
- Sugar to taste
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Divide the dough into several balls of the same size. Roll each ball into a circle about 0.5 cm thick, cut it like we usually cut a round pizza, place pieces of jam on the wide part, and roll towards the center of the circle.
Step 2
Place the fingers on a greased baking sheet or on parchment paper. Leave for 10–15 minutes to rise and brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 390°F, place the baking sheet with the fingers inside. Bake until done.
