Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 35 oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
- Salt 2 teaspoons
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the flour. Add water, vinegar, and salt, and knead into a thick dough. Very slowly pour in the oil while mixing. Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Divide the dough into pieces. Roll out thinly with a rolling pin. The dough is ready to use.
