Ingredients
- Butter 0 oz
- Brown Sugar 0 oz
- Donut Peaches 10 oz
- Fig 5 oz
- Shortbread Cookies 0 oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream 1 piece
- Herb Bouquet 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the peaches and figs into wedges.
Step 2
Pour the brown sugar into a skillet and place it over heat.
Step 3
Once the sugar starts to melt and turn into golden caramel, add the butter.
Step 4
Stir to combine.
Step 5
Add the peach wedges to the skillet.
Step 6
Heat them in the caramel, stirring constantly.
Step 7
Add the figs and heat together.
Step 8
Transfer the caramelized peaches and figs to a plate.
Step 9
Lightly sprinkle the center with crushed shortbread cookie crumbs. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the crumbs.
Step 10
Garnish with a mix of herbs and serve.
