Step 1

To prepare the dough, sift the flour, cocoa, powdered sugar, and baking powder into a bowl, add honey, the egg, and knead until smooth.

Step 2

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm. Cut out various shapes. Place in a preheated oven and bake (electric oven — 355°F; convection oven — 320°F; gas oven — medium; baking time is about 10 minutes).
