Ingredients
- Red Currant 5 lbs
- Chicken Broth 530 qt
- Apple Cider Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Allspice berries 3 pieces
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Add vinegar, salt, sugar, bay leaf, and allspice to the broth.
Step 3
Boil the brine and let it cool completely.
Step 4
Finely shred the cabbage.
Step 5
Transfer the cabbage to an enameled, ceramic, or glass container.
Step 6
Pour the brine over the cabbage and knead it well with your hands to release the juice.
Step 7
Place a weight on top and refrigerate for 2 weeks.
Step 8
The longer the cabbage sits, the tastier it will become.
