Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
In a blender, blend the fermented cabbage with tofu and coconut milk until a smooth puree is formed.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a dessert glass and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Toast the Borodinsky bread in the oven or toaster.
Step 5
Blend the bread with powdered sugar and coriander in a blender until it reaches a coarse crumb consistency.
Step 6
Spread the Borodinsky crumb over the chilled cabbage mousse and serve immediately.
