Description

Perfect with regular lecho in glass jars of 0.5–0.7 liters. The lecho already contains spices, so there is no need to add salt or pepper.

Ingredients

  • Lecho 20 oz
  • Meatballs 20 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Take a pot of about 5 liters, fill it with water up to 2/3 and heat it to boiling.

Step 2

Add the meatballs (they can be frozen or pre-made) to the boiling water, cook until done (about 15 minutes), skimming off the foam.

Step 3

Pour the jar of lecho into the pot, stir and cook for about 5 minutes.
