Ingredients
- Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies 5 oz
- Shortbread Cookies 5 oz
- Fruit Marmalade 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Condensed Milk 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crumble the cookies into small pieces by hand in a bowl.
Step 2
If the marmalade is large, cut it into cubes.
Step 3
Add the marmalade to the cookies along with 2 tablespoons of cocoa. Mix everything together.
Step 4
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Let it cool.
Step 5
Pour the melted butter into the mixture and add the condensed milk.
Step 6
Mix everything well.
Step 7
Take parchment paper and place the entire mixture on it.
Step 8
Shape the mixture into a 'log' and wrap it in the paper.
Step 9
Place in the refrigerator until fully set. At least 2 hours, preferably longer.
Step 10
Serve by slicing into thin rounds.
