Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Bittersweet Chocolate 5 oz
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Espresso 0 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.
Step 2
Lightly beat the egg yolks and add them to the melted chocolate.
Step 3
Whip the cream.
Step 4
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, gradually adding sugar.
Step 5
Combine the cream with the melted chocolate and coffee, then fold in the whipped egg whites.
Step 6
Transfer to a container and refrigerate for 5–7 hours.
