Description

  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Sugar 3 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Vanilla salt to taste
  • Rum 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Beat the egg with sugar. Add softened butter and beat again. Add salt, vanilla, and rum. Knead a soft, elastic dough.

Step 2

Divide the dough into portions. Optionally, add raisins, nuts, or poppy seeds to each portion.

Step 3

Roll out to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut into strips. Shape them into crosses, or use a suitable mold.

Step 4

Bake the cookies at 355°F.
