Description
Using canned lychee makes the dessert more interesting and exotic than with mango. So go ahead and use it without hesitation.
Ingredients
- Coconut Milk 15 fl oz
- Bananas 3 pieces
- Ladyfinger Cookies 5 oz
- Canned Lychee in Syrup 10 oz
- Whipped Cream 5 fl oz
- Chocolate Sauce 4 teaspoons
- Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the bananas in coconut milk until they become soft. If the bananas are not very ripe, you can add a little sugar if desired.
Step 2
Break the ladyfinger cookies into small pieces (about 2x2 cm). If you have canned mango slices, cut them into 3-4 pieces. If you have lychee, just cut them in half.
Step 3
Start layering in a glass: 1st layer - bananas cooked in coconut milk; 2nd layer - ladyfinger cookies; 3rd layer - mango or lychee; 4th layer - ladyfinger cookies, soaked with syrup from the canned fruit (about 2 tablespoons); 5th layer - whipped cream drizzled with chocolate sauce.
