Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
- Dried cranberries with sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, sugar, salt, butter, and baking powder.
Step 2
Add the yogurt and egg. Mix well.
Step 3
Chop the cranberries and add them to the dough.
Step 4
Knead the dough.
Step 5
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it with butter. Spoon the dough onto the sheet (I used a heaping tablespoon).
Step 6
Since the dough will spread, leave space between the scooped balls.
Step 7
Bake for 25 minutes at 355°F.
