Ingredients
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Vanilla salt a pinch

Step 1
Cream the butter with sugar, then beat in the eggs one at a time. After that, add the flour and raisins, then add the vanilla sugar and mix everything thoroughly until you have a smooth batter.
Step 2
Grease a baking pan with butter, lightly dust it with flour, and pour the batter into it. Bake for about 45 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 180–390°F.
Step 3
Once removed, let the cake cool, lightly dust it with powdered sugar, and serve with tea.
