  • Shortbread Cookies 10 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Orange zest 0 oz
  • 10% cream 15 fl oz
  • Bananas 4 pieces
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee 1 can
  • Ground Coffee 1 teaspoon
  • Powdered Sugar 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Crush the cookies into crumbs, pour in the melted butter, and mix. Press into a springform pan and smooth the surface. Bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes at 340°F. Let cool.

Step 2

Spread the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust. Slice the bananas lengthwise and arrange them on top of the condensed milk.

Step 3

Whip the cream with coffee and powdered sugar until soft peaks form, then spread it evenly over the bananas.

Step 4

Chill the pie in the refrigerator for 2 hours, and before serving, sprinkle with orange zest.
