- Milk ½ glasses
- Whipped Cream ½ glasses
- Whole egg 3 pieces
- Vanilla Pod ½ pieces
- Sugar 3 spoons

Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine the milk and cream. Split the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Add only the pod to the saucepan. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until light and creamy. Then, gently incorporate the hot milk mixture and pour the mixture into a saucepan. Place it over low heat and cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens, but do not let it boil, about 5 minutes. Strain the sauce into a bowl, cover, and cool.
