Ingredients
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Whipped Cream 10 fl oz
- Egg white 5 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Frangelico Liqueur 5 fl oz
- Vanilla extract 0 fl oz
- Raspberry leaves 30 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine the milk and cream. Bring to a boil.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until well combined, then gradually add to the milk and cream mixture. Place over low heat and cook until the cream thickens, about 5 minutes, without boiling. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped chocolate. Mix well until smooth, then incorporate the liqueur and vanilla. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Step 3
Divide the cream into 8 glasses or dessert bowls and top with fresh raspberries.
