- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Pear Jam 0 oz
- Nut crumb 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Nuts 5 oz
- Angostura 0 fl oz

Step 1
Pour the biscuit crumbs into a bowl.
Step 2
Add the berry jam.
Step 3
Add the chopped nut mixture.
Step 4
Place the chocolate in a saucepan over a water bath.
Step 5
Add the bitter tincture to the biscuit mixture.
Step 6
Stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted.
Step 7
Add it to the biscuit mixture.
Step 8
Mix thoroughly.
Step 9
Transfer the resulting mixture into a mold lined with plastic wrap.
Step 10
Evenly distribute the mixture in the mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 11
Cut the finished cookies into even squares of 1.5–2 cm and sprinkle with red cocoa.
