Ingredients
- Raisins 5 oz
- Dried Apricots 5 oz
- Dried ground orange peel 5 oz
- Hazelnut 5 oz
- Candied Lemon Peel 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 10 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Powdered Sugar 10 oz
- Potato protein 5 tablespoons
- Rum 2 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda ½ tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the raisins, candied orange and lemon peel, grated hazelnuts, diced dried apricots, rum, and add 50 grams of flour, mix well.
Step 2
Cream the butter or margarine with the sugar, adding the eggs one at a time. Combine 250 g of flour with the starch and baking soda, then add to the batter. Fold the dried fruits into the batter.
Step 3
Transfer the batter to a greased and floured baking pan. Bake for 70–75 minutes at 345°F.
