Description
You can spread the mixture on a baking sheet and then cut it into portions. Store in the refrigerator. They are perfect for a snack if there are more than 4–5 hours between main meals. I love them with kefir, and my favorite enjoys them with tea.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Oat flakes 5 oz
- Amaranth grain 0 oz
- Ground Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Raisins 0 oz
- Milk 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the oat flakes, flour, and spices, add the milk, and let it sit for about 15 minutes to allow the flakes to swell.
Step 2
Add the egg and raisins to the mixture, mix well, place in molds, and bake at 180–375°F for about 20 minutes.
