Description

Ingredients
- Apple 1 piece
- Oat flakes ¾ glasses
- Apple juice with pulp 3 spoons
- Oat flakes 0 oz
- Cashew ¼ glasses
- Pitted olives ¼ glasses
- Cinnamon ½ spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F and prepare the baking dish by greasing it with olive oil.
Step 2
Combine all the ingredients—grate the apple, roughly chop the nuts and dates, and add juice as needed, especially if the apple doesn't provide enough liquid. The dough should be moldable but not runny.
Step 3
Let the mixture sit for 10 to 20 minutes to absorb.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to the pan and gently smooth the surface.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and cut into squares.
