- Desiccated coconut 1 cup
- Semolina 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Natural Yogurt 10 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil ½ cup
- Chopped almonds 10 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, semolina, shredded coconut).
Step 2
Add yogurt and vegetable oil.
Step 3
Beat the egg and pour it into the batter.
Step 4
Garnish with almonds.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 20-25 minutes.
