  • Garlic 1 head
  • Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Spices to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the eggplants, cut them into slices, sprinkle with salt, and let them sit for about 10-15 minutes. Then fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Step 2

Slice the tomatoes and potatoes into rings.

Step 3

Start layering in a glass dish (for microwave) as follows: -tomatoes -potatoes -salt, spices -eggplants -finely chopped garlic, etc., in the same order.

Step 4

Mix the egg with finely grated cheese and mayonnaise, stir, and pour over the dish. Bake in the microwave for 15-17 minutes. Then leave in the microwave for about 5 minutes.

Step 5

I used spicy spices (like 'Caucasian mix'), which are the most suitable.
