Eggnog with Milk
Ingredients
- Sugar ½ glasses
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Dark rum ½ glasses
- Milk 1½ glasses
- Cream (40%) ½ glasses
- Nutmeg to taste
- Irish Whiskey 1½ glasses
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crack the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks with half of the sugar.
Step 2
Whip the egg whites with a mixer until frothy, gradually adding the remaining sugar. Combine with the whipped yolks.
Step 3
Pour in the white rum. While continuing to whisk, gradually add the milk and whiskey. Finally, add the cream.
Step 4
Pour into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
