Egg Yolk Cookies
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Whole egg 4 pieces
- Vanilla salt to taste
- Citrus Zest Mix ½ piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the flour into a bowl, forming a mound, and create a well in the center.
Step 2
Add pieces of butter, sour cream, sugar, yolks, and lemon zest into the well.
Step 3
Knead a soft, elastic dough.
Step 4
Take pieces of dough, roll them into a rope, and shape into pretzels. You can also simply cut them with a knife or a mold.
Step 5
Then dip the cookies in sugar and place them on a baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Adjust according to your oven.
