Step 1
Separate the egg white from the yolk and place it in a mixing bowl.

Beat with a mixer on low speed. Gradually add 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar while mixing.
Step 3
After half a minute, increase the speed to medium and after another half minute, add the lemon juice.
Step 4
When the mixture becomes homogeneous, smooth, and glossy, stop beating. The icing is ready to use, and the Easter bread is ready for further decoration.
