- Onion 1 head
- Starch film ½ cup
- Red Grape Juice 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the shrimp, add chopped onion, wine, salt, and mix.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the beaten eggs in the form of pancakes (about 10 pieces).
Step 3
Wrap the prepared shrimp in the pancakes and steam for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Bring the chicken broth to a boil, add the starch diluted with a small amount of water, and bring to a boil again.
Step 5
