- Rice 5 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Chicken Broth 50 fl oz
- Whole egg 2 pieces

Step 1
Add the rice to the boiling broth and cook until the rice is very soft.
Step 2
Whisk together the lemon juice and egg yolks.
Step 3
Stir in 250 ml of broth into the egg mixture.
Step 4
Remove the broth from heat and let it sit until it stops boiling. Then, pour in the egg mixture while constantly stirring to prevent curdling.
Step 5
