Egg-Free Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- Sugar 1 glass
- Vegetable Oil 0,3 glasses
- Cocoa Powder 0,3 glasses
- Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour 1¼ glasses
- Activated Baking Soda 1 tablespoon
- Salt ½ spoons
- Water 1 glass
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 2
In an 8 x 8-inch square pan, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt with a fork. Add water or coffee, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, and vinegar.

Mix all the ingredients together.
Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Then remove from the oven and let it cool.

For the glaze: ½ cup sugar; 4 tablespoons vegetable oil; 2 tablespoons soy milk; 2 tablespoons cocoa powder; 2 teaspoons vanilla extract;
Step 7
In a small saucepan, bring the sugar, vegetable oil, soy milk, and cocoa powder to a boil while stirring. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes, then remove from heat and stir for the next 5 minutes. Add vanilla extract.
Step 8
Pour the glaze over the cake and let it cool for one hour.
