Ingredients

  • Gelatin 0 oz
  • Water 4 tablespoons
  • Whole egg 3 pieces
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Corn Starch 1 teaspoon
  • Salt a pinch
  • Milk 1¼ cups
  • Brandy 1 tablespoon
  • Green Tea (brick) 1 tablespoon
  • Grapefruits to taste
  • Cream 1 cup

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the gelatin and water. Place it in a water bath and stir until completely dissolved.

Step 2

In another bowl, beat the yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and salt until light in color.

Step 3

In a saucepan, gently heat the milk without bringing it to a boil.

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix the green tea and 2 tablespoons of warm milk to form a paste.

Step 5

In the egg mixture, stir in the remaining milk and place over low heat, cooking until thickened. Remove from heat and cool.

Step 6

Add the gelatin, green tea paste, and brandy to the egg mixture. Mix well. Place in a bowl of ice water to cool.

Step 7

Lightly whip the cream and fold it into the mixture. Divide into chilled glasses or dessert cups. Chill.

Step 8

Serve, garnished with fruits.
