Egg crepes with duck and hoisin sauce

Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg 4 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Water 0 fl oz
  • Scallions 0 oz
  • Duck Breast 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Cucumbers 5 oz
  • Sweet Pepper 0 oz
  • Napa Cabbage 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Kung Pao Sauce 4 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat a skillet until it's hot. Make crosswise cuts in the skin of the duck breast, season the duck on both sides with salt, and place it skin side down in the hot skillet. Sear for three minutes, then flip it over and cook for another minute on the other side.

Step 2

Remove from the fat and place in an oven preheated to 355°F for eight to ten minutes.

Step 3

Beat the eggs with flour and water, then fry thin pancakes in vegetable oil. Make about eight pancakes. Spread half a teaspoon of hoisin sauce on each pancake, thinly slice the duck and vegetables. Wrap them in the pancake and serve.
