
Egg Bread with Cauliflower

Description
I used bran with a high fiber content and 5.5 grams of carbohydrates per 100 grams.
Ingredients
- Egg white 10 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Ground Dried Garlic 1 teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Black Cumin (Cumin) to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- Bran 0 oz
- Cauliflower 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the egg whites and bran in a bowl, add salt, and mix thoroughly with a fork.
Step 2
Chop the cauliflower into small pieces with a knife. The cauliflower should be fresh and dry; frozen will not work. Fresh broccoli can be used as well. It is important that this ingredient contains minimal moisture.
Step 3
Add all other ingredients, except for the cumin, to the bowl with the eggs and bran, and blend for 10 minutes until thick. The pieces of the mixture should not be larger than a match head.
Step 4
Pour the oil into a high baking dish and thoroughly coat the bottom and sides.
Step 5
Sprinkle the bottom of the dish with bran, carefully pour the whipped mixture into the dish, and sprinkle with cumin.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 355°F and bake for 35 minutes.
Step 7
Transfer to a wooden board and let cool.
