Description

Ready-made dough can be found in supermarkets (in this case, it is better to use shortcrust pastry).

Ingredients

  • Bacon 5 oz
  • Shortcrust Cake Mix 10 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
  • Sour Cream 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the thinly rolled dough into the tartlet molds. Prick the bottom with a fork, cover, and refrigerate.

Step 2

Fry the bacon and chopped onion. Let it cool.

Step 3

Distribute the mixture into the molds with the dough.

Step 4

Mix the eggs with sour cream, season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour into the molds. Crack an egg on top of each mold.

Step 5

Bake in the oven at 390°F (place in a preheated oven) for 20–25 minutes.
