  • Edamame Beans 10 oz
  • Water ¼ cup
  • Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Rice Vinegar for Sushi 1 tablespoon
  • Grated Ginger Root 1 tablespoon
  • Tahini 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Salt to taste
  • TABASCO® to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the edamame until tender in boiling water, as instructed on the package.

Step 2

Transfer the edamame to a blender, add water, soy sauce, ginger, vinegar, tahini, and minced garlic. Season with salt and add TABASCO® to taste. Blend until smooth. Chill for 1 hour.
